Regal has made a commitment to its customers by investing in a state of the art customizable distribution system. It is fully configurable and can be adapted to meet the needs of various clients' requirements. The distribution system is built around the Linux operation system and runs the latest high end server technology.

Regal has an experienced team, ready to meet your needs, for any client required reporting. Regal has the latest version of Crystal Report and is able to fulfill any of your needs, whether it be daily order report, vendor rebates or detailed order placements. We have the capability to meet your needs.

We have the ability to receive a variety of orders through an array of different medians. Currently we accept customer orders send via email in an attached text document, through 3rd party websites (e.g. Cinema Solutions, Perfect Commerce, etc.), and Edi X12 sent through a VAN.

Netlink (Network Services)
- Clients able to place orders through web via custom order guides
- View daily stock status levels
- Receive expected order delivery date

EDI X12:
- Place outbound order view VAN (Value Added Network), SSL FTP transfer and http.
- Receive order acknowledgments
- Receive electronic invoices

Web Order:
- Custom order guides for individual locations
- Display clients product numbers
- Ability to create customer order templates
- Set order roles to required approval for orders
- Order confirmation sent via E-mail or Fax
